When you have your car repaired you should expect it to be done correctly and in a timely fashion. If this is not the case ask why. A good shop will keep you informed about delays that may come up with out excuse. Things happen that can’t be known beforehand, such as broken bolts or parts not delivered on time. My shop will do all in our power to keep you informed and do are best to keep repairs on budget. We will also do our best to make sure it is ready on time. If we can’t we may offer you a rental car or offer to do what we can for yore convenience.
